My name is Lily and I was surrendered to the shelter, along with a few other cats, in January 2013 because our owner had to go to a nursing home. I am a little on the shy side, but I'm very sweet! Here at the shelter, I'm having a hard time adjusting to being without my owner. I pretty much just hide under my blanket all day. When someone gets me out of my cage and hangs out with me, I just soak up the attention and enjoy every minute of it! So I just need someone to adopt me that will give me the love I need to help me get back to being myself.
Adoption Process: HAHS has an adoption application that you can fill out if you are interested in one of our animals. Once we receive the application we review and contact veterinary and personal references and make sure that the animal chosen is the best fit for your family and lifestyle. Our adoption fees are as follows: Dog/Puppy: $100 plus an additional $35 refundable spay/neuter deposit Kittens under 13wks :$25 plus an additional $35 refundable s/n deposit Cats: $40 plus and additional $35 refundable s/n deposit.
