My name is Zander and I came to the shelter as a stray in December 2012. I am an adult male Pit mix. I am such a sweet boy! I love to be around people and I love to be petted! I also enjoy going out for walks. I could still use a little obedience training, but I'm well on my way! I would also do best in a home with no other animals and no young children. I have so much love to give, so I can't wait 'til I find my forever home. I promise to be a loyal companion. I would even settle for a foster home while I'm waiting to find my forever home.
Adoption Process: HAHS has an adoption application that you can fill out if you are interested in one of our animals. Once we receive the application we review and contact veterinary and personal references and make sure that the animal chosen is the best fit for your family and lifestyle. Our adoption fees are as follows: Dog/Puppy: $100 plus an additional $35 refundable spay/neuter deposit Kittens under 13wks :$25 plus an additional $35 refundable s/n deposit Cats: $40 plus and additional $35 refundable s/n deposit.
